ABOUT ME
Alyssa Schutte is a dual yoga instructor and social worker. She is finding ways to combine her passions by integrating yoga with mental health, to nurture the mind-body connection in her clients. Alyssa focuses on working with individuals who have been affected by interpersonal violence and trauma, and shares yoga with her social work colleagues as a way to teach and practice self-care.
Alyssa is a 200-hour trained Yoga Instructor.
